Derek’s approach to this problem solves the conundrum I always ran into: the choice between answering a question quickly (in order to keep up with “demand”), or spending more time to ensure at least one other could learn to answer the question too. /kudos to Derek.
At-will employment should never be at the expense of 1st amendment speech. With hope, cases like this will continue to send that message.
